The analysis methodology.
The analysis considers the founding elements of a complete and easily understandable warranty. The statement must meet three requirements:

Non-technical, designed for the end customer — consumer or professional — who buys in store or from an e-commerce site that delivers in Italy.

Entitlements, rights and operating procedures
The customer doesn’t wonder why the commercial guarantee exists, but what it involves and how the manufacturer’s procedures work.

Descriptive, friendly and rigorous
Easy to understand, drawn up on objective elements and rigorous in its compliance with the regulations, to minimise the time needed to grasp it.
The WarrantyScore scale.
The score determines the outcome of the analysis across three levels:
Incorrect
The statement contains information that does not comply with the regulations.
Incomplete
The WarrantyScore obtained is below 70/100.
Complete
The WarrantyScore is equal to or above 70/100: the Seal is awarded.
Analysis, check and report.
Objective analysis
The Garanteasy Legal Office checks only whether each piece of information is present or not, with no subjective assessments.
Final check
The WarrantyScore is submitted to a Third-Party Body that verifies its accuracy against the criteria and the methodology.
Final report
Along with the score you receive the report listing the incorrect or missing information, so you can correct it and improve the completeness of the statement.
